Planning & Designing
Our Director has years of experience in new building projects, he has worked closely on building projects for Hiltis UK Ltd, built three of his own houses and built a restaurant of his own in Romania. His work is his hobby, which is why he will get involved throughout the process and particularly in the designing. He ensures your requirements are clear to the team from the start and uses his experience to orchestrate the whole project.
Timescales & Budget
We are experienced in knowing where you can save costs and calculating timings. If you have a tight budget or deadline we know how to work around them and save the most we can in both areas. However, we never put time before quality, if we feel a deadline will have a negative impact on your new home.
